Experience the difference between traditional large V-cycle ("waterfall") development and the Micro-V-cycle (agile, iterative, feedback-driven) approach in systems engineering. This game makes visible how breaking down work into small, testable increments with early and frequent feedback reduces risk, accelerates learning, and improves delivery.

Jan has been engaged in agile transformations since 2012 across six organizations: Ericsson, Zenuity (Zenseact), Volvo Cars, Veoneer, Magna Electronics and Swedbank. Jan worked across all organizational levels - teams, agile release trains, and executive leadership - providing coaching, facilitating workshops, and delivering training.
