Simon has been at SICK since more than 30 years in different roles. Simon initially worked as an HW developer, then took on his first product development projects as a project manager, before working with other colleagues to initiate an agile transformation. He is currently responsible for project management in a SICK business cluster and is heading a project management group which also covers agile transformation and system engineering.
