Mattias has been at SICK Linköping since 2007. Initially a project manager for product development projects and later changed to agile coaching. Mattias has also worked a couple of years at the central HR department in his coaching role and then worked with strategic initiatives within ways of working until he took over the role as Managing Director of SICK's Innovation Center in Linköping since June 2025.
